Delicious!
Saigon cinnamon is delicious! It has a much more intense flavor than regular cinnamon and ever since I discovered it a couple years ago, it's all I buy now. It adds a real bite to recipes and is wonderful on cinnamon toast, apple sauce, etc.

Saigon Cinn is only one of many blends this best
We bake for Turkey day and XMAS every year. This is a staple ingredient in a lot of them, and makes the house smell so warm and comfy.
