Total junk! I used it one time %26 it never worked again. I replaced the battery %26 it got so hot almost burned my hand. It never did work a second time. Plus it wasn't anything like the previous spin brushes I bought. (This is what I thought I was getting) NEVER buy these.
We have bought a few of these before. We have a family of seven and we got everyone one of these. They work absolutely perfect. I think we had an issue with one once before, but Walmart gave us a refund and we purchased it. I like how the top of the head spins and rotates that's really really good. It helps breakdown all the food and particles off your teeth.
What I wanted was a cross action electric toothbrush that wasn't expensive. The bottom head barely moves. I can't tell with 100% certainty if it's moving at all. That shouldn't be. Will update after using it.
Used to be much more longer lasting after replacing new toothbrush head and/or battery. Now seems to lose power, then dies quickly. Replace battery, never regains full speed. Just be aware once battery dies might as well buy whole new brush instead of replacing the battery. Such a disappointment after being regular user for years.
this is the second toothbrush I've purchased since it has been improved. I don't know what they've improved because it's worse. It just dies on me. I was thinking the battery needed to be replaced but it's not. This happened with the last one I purchased. I might as well purchase a regular toothbrush. They only last 3 months. I'm not giving it a 3rd try
I ordered two of these for my family. Within three weeks, both stopped working -- the power button broke on each one. They're otherwise good, if you don't mind replacing them every couple of weeks. I never had this problem with the old spinbrush. The same toothbrush would last years. I wish those were still available.
I've used Arm and Hammer Spinbrush toothbrushes since they first hit the shelves. I've loved them, until this one. I don't like how thin the bristle area is. I bought mine on Oct 26th. By mid Dec, I was debating going back to the one I just replaced. Jan 7th was the last time it worked (73 days). I replaced the batteries %26 removed the head. It's dead. I'll go back to the old style. It wasn't broke, why did you try to fix it!
I started buying these new Spinbrushes, after one of ours died. But honestly, each new one just keeps dying after a few weeks. I've had to replace at least 4 so far. I keep going back to the same toothbrush, thinking, ah, the manufacturer will certainly have fixed the issue. However, after reading several comments, I can see I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Replacing the batteries and head does not fix the problem. I feel as if the batteries are somehow the culprit, or perhaps there's a seal not keeping toothpaste from reaching sensitive electronics. I'm not sure, but this is getting really old.
I have been a spin brush user for years, so I was surprised when I had purchased replacement heads only to find they fit the new model toothbrush. I purchased two toothbrushes in July. Both stop working within a month. Batteries changed and replacement heads changed but nothing! They both stopped mid-brushing, not sure why. The old model I had the same base for years, but this new one is awful. I then went back and read other reviews to find out this is a pretty common occurrence. Unfortunately I feel like the quality of the product is no longer there and I will be switching to a different brand of electric toothbrushes for the family. I don't understand the purpose of changing the entire design when you could've just upgraded the replacement heads if you needed a change. This is the true disappointment!!
This battery operated toothbrush worker literally less than 1 day. Worked in the morning than would not power on again. I changed the batteries and nothing. Complete garbage product.
