Splat Midnight Rosetta Dye, Semi-Permanent Pink Hair Color

I love this product. I mix the blue and purple together (Midnight Indigo and Purple Tanzanite) to get a color-shift effect—sometimes it looks purple, sometimes blue, and in certain lighting it shows both. This is the only dye I’ve found that I’m not allergic to, it actually lasts, and it doesn’t damage my hair. The color holds for about three months even though I wash my hair every day with Native’s volumizing shampoo and conditioner. I don’t use any other styling products—just the shampoo, conditioner, and this dye. I’ve been using it since I was around 11 or 12, and I’m 26 now. My hair has always stayed healthy with it. It also works really well on my tape-in 100% human hair extensions. I got them on a whim to see what I’d look like with four extra inches, and the color took beautifully. My only complaint is that the shades I use are almost always out of stock in stores, so I usually have to order them online. But I’m so loyal to this product at this point, I wouldn’t switch anyway. My go to color! The brightest red is over bleached hair, the darker red is over my natural brown. This color never lets me down regardless of if my hair is natural or lightened, I use midnight scarlet. I clean houses for a living so i also want to recommend if you buy this color to have a bottle of clr to spray in your shower after you rinse your hair color out because it stains.

I love Splat hair dyes! I had never used this particular color before, but I LOVED IT!!! The thing about Splat is you can usually put one color on over another color and get a nice natural blend. The purple is more on the orchid side, but it’s a beautiful color and it fades nicely. Not a lot of bleeding as with some colors. I will definitely be doing this color again.

As a visitor to the USA I tried and feel in love with this colour. I live in Australia and cannot purchase this amazing colour here. Thankfully you make international shipping easy and affordable. I constantly get compliments. Thank you Splat !!!

This works on grey hair better than more expensive brands I've used, no strong chemical smells. I'd say color lasts about 4-6 weeks if you don't shampoo every day (I shampoo 2-3x a week) and also I use cool water to help it hold. It also stays better if you immediately dry your hair (you'll also get less stains, which just happen with direct dyes)

This covers grey well. If you have black or dark hair, the blue will show under light. Good coverage, lasts about 5-6 weeks. Make sure to cover any surfaces you're around and wear gloves even when rinsing unless you want blue hands. Put Vaseline around your hairline and on your ears.

Used color for peekaboo color highlights. The nice part is there is no need to bleach hair before coloring. Color is like color on the box and is the color of brown hair color as indicated on the box. Super easy color is already mixed in box. I have thick hair with curls. Smells really good. We did cover the bathroom prior to application. Makeup remover does help clean up the color. I would recommend.

Every time I sweat the color ran down my face. I know it's semi permanent, but I didn't expect it to do that. Plus after three washes, my gray hairs were totally coming back through. They weren't purple at all anymore.

The color was perfect, very beautiful but to be honest… some of it would wash out literally EVERY single time I showered or my hair got wet.. my shower curtain, towels, clothes, bedding, anything I had used would be covered in hair dye. The roots didn't last very long at all either. It looks very good but looks can be deceiving.. 10/10 would not recommend.

This is dye is ridiculous. Highly suggest don't get on skin and when you go to rinse it out of your hair HIGHLY suggest you rinse it outside with. Freaking hose. This is our shower after our daughter rinsed her hair. We rinsed the tub and scrubbed it, rinsed again and still here it is. Should sue them for a new bathroom!
