Now that I'm getting older, I've begun taking Lutein to help prevent damage to my eyes by helping to filter damaging blue light. This product is vegan and non GMO, as well as gluten free. They're easy to swallow and are an easy way to keep my body healthy.

I'm an artist for a living and years of squinting at sketchbooks and staring at computer screens all day has definitely taken its toll. So along with my usual supplements this is one I started taking specifically for my eyes. My grandma swore by it back in her day, though she had to use some sort of granulated mixture that she tossed in her food. I'm happy to have it in conveniently small pill form and this has become a daily addition to my vitamin taking routine!

I've only been taking the Lutein+Zeaxanthin 20mg for a week but its already improved my night vision. my eyesight is sharper and less fuzzy, improved my VSS too.

Just the right dosage strength for these two ingredients. Very easy to swallow as size is small and there is no aftertaste

My last eye exam my optometrist commented on how good my macular's looked, that you would never know I have history of macular degeneration.

Easy pill to take, has a pleasant smell and taste. My eyes feel lighter and more focused. Really enjoying these.

So, I have a slight Astigmatism in my right eye. I have corrective vision at 20/15 when I wear my glasses. Been taking this supplement and asked my eye doctor what he thought about me taking Lutein and he said it is perfectly fine and he actually advises that people take it because if anything Lutein will slow the aging process your eyes go through over time.
