Nice trampoline missing 2 poles though. Box was ripped open on ends. Could of fell out Ill never know. Called the number on the instructions and they said they would send it right out
It shipped fast. It was not to bad to set up , me and my husband set it up . We had to restart once but I was not to far in at that point. The basketball thingy was cheesy . It was made out of foam and ripped of easy. My grandson loves it and my husband bounce a few times.
The shipping and arriving time was excellent, however, it was missing the basketball hoop plastic piece.
Package came box was ripped at one end and on the side. Parts was hanging out a when they delivered it you could hear parts falling out of the box. This is unacceptable, when you purchase items they should be packaged better so in shipping parts are not lost.
I liked it came fast, wasn't hard to put together but only got to the step of putting the jumping part on. The metal piece that attaches it bent and broke open so can't attached the sprint the the outer circle. Now have to figure out how to get a new piece or take it apart and return it. I am not wondering what will happen with the other ones once it's jumped on. This happened with just putting the spring on.
Leaving this here for now. Box opened and so damaged that it looks like I was given a returned item that has been rolling around in the warehouse for 3 years. I'm expected to "assess all of the contents if any are missing or damaged". I bought a "new" product, you tell me of this looks new. I'm not your quality assurance team.
It arrived with the box damaged. One of the springs was broken. I wanted to throw the white thing away, but I managed to make it work🤦🏽♀️
We don't know if it's all there yet but found spring out side of box already before opening. Can't believe how it was delivered
The box came ripped and torn upon arrival.
If you buy this trampoline be sure to pick it up yourself. I had it delivered and they used fedex so of course the box was busted open with parts missing
