I admit that a few months ago I was scared of these resistance bands. They looked dangerous even though I still wanted to try it. Well, I did get to try it and I love it. I find SPRI brand to be of good quality and great resistance. I am very satisfied with this brand.

So you can exercise in any room with a strong door. Instructions are very clear comes step by step with different positions. Great starting kit for your home gym.

The bands can also be used together to provide more resistance. These bands are great for beginners as well as those who are experienced at working out. These bands take up minimal storage space. They can be stored on a shelf or out of view under the bed. I would recommend these to anyone interested in having great portability as well as minimal space to store them.

This review is for the SPRI Exercise Resistance Band Kit. I always like to start the new year with a change-up in my exercise routine. To keep interested in exercising at home, you need to have some good tools. These bands are good tools. The handles are comfortable. The movement is very smooth when they stretch. There are three bands (light, medium, heavy) which you can use individually, or you can attach multiple bands to the handles for a combination of resistance loads. The door anchor and leg cuff provide even more options for a variety of exercises. A helpful exercise guide is included. All the parts of the kit fit perfectly in the bag which would not take up much room in a suitcase or backpack to bring on a trip or to the park/beach (if you prefer an outdoors workout).

Each of the three resistance bands are colorful, well made, and durable. This kit is a great addition to my home gym. This kit is great for all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. The exercise guide is useful and provides a good workout.

Honestly, I had my doubts about whether or not this would be sturdy in my door, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was! Due to COVID there's no way I would go into a gym right now to use weight machines. This is a great alternative for strength training. The kit comes with workout suggestions - including photos to ensure you're doing the moves correctly. I have a small space so I love how this can easily be thrown in the bag provided and stored away. It's also light weight so would be good for travel in the future. Overall a great product, looking forward to seeing how it lasts over time.

This gives me a full body workout. I can change the strength of the bands to fit my needs. Convenient. I can sneak these to my job and workout. Fabulous leg workout. I felt the burn. Lol.

This kit was pretty good! I loved how it has the metal clips rather then plastic! They are easy to clip on and off and the kit comes with 3 bands ranging in size from Light, Medium, Heavy Resistances. Attach the easy open-close metal clip on the tubing to other interchangeable accessories, such as the ankle strap and easy grip foam handle for a multitude of resistance training exercises. The foam handles were very comfortable to use and non-slip. It also comes with a padded ankle strap and door attachment which turned out to be my favorite! I could use the door attachment anywhere for a simple workout anywhere in the house! To bring it all in it also comes with a SPRI drawstring bag to hold everything you get in this kit! It also comes with an exercise guid to help you get started! So in all this kit is very well worth the money!
