I've taken these for a little under a week and I feel energized daily. It's a little bit much to take multiple a day but I do it all at one time and at least I know I'm getting all the nutrients I need.

I think the product is great and better than many multi vitamins out there. I can tell when I miss a day for sure- lower energy. I took off one star for the oversized packaging. The box and plastic pouches could be smaller by 50%, thus less waste in the landfill.
