I use this oil daily--on both my face and nails! It absorbs quickly and softens the deepest lines created by my many facial expressions. This oil is also incredible on the cuticles. Just mix a drop or two with your favorite moisturizer and you'll see a difference in no time!
I have allways had good luck with Vitamin E. I have been having trouble with my arthritis. I thought I would get it and rub it on my knees. I am able to stop the pills I was taking. I rub it on every day and when I exercise on my bike my knees don't hurt. The doctor told me I have no cartlige between my sockets. This is a lot cheaper than the pills I was buying.
I have been using another brand of Vitamin E oil for about 15 years on a blemish on my face. MY Dermatologist told me it was the beginning of a skin cancer. He recommended freezing it off and out of my system. This worked for about 6 months. I heard from someone about 30 years earlier that he had a condition that sounded the same, and he poked a hole into a Vitamin E capsule, and used the oil to apply to his skin condition and his went away as long as he applied the oil from the capsule. I saw the vitamin E oil and tried it and it worked! About a month ago I ran out of the oil and the condition started coming back. I bought this oil and it also is working. Thank you for the Spring Valley Vitamin E Skin Oil 12,000 ius
I love this product because it's extremely affordable and it's good quality. I always use it when I am expecting. When I become about 6 months along they start using this ointment on my belly to moisturize and prevent itching which in turn prevents scratching that will later cause stretch marks. I would recommend this product to anyone who is not allergic to vitamin E.
Excellent product to use. Many consumers have their own preferred vitamin e oil products, however, if you have a hard time obtaining more, they runout at your store, or if it was discontinued, this Spring Valley product with 12,000IUs is a great substitution. Additionally, for some reason, WalMart never runs out of this product - anytime I have needed it, they have always had it - and, you can order online!
I have sun damage on my face. I used this product and noticed immediate improvement in smoothness, less noticeable wrinkles, and healthier looking skin. This was only after 4 days. Use it a couple times a day after thoroughly cleansing your face. Dab it on forehead, upper and lower cheeks, in the smile lines and then: gently massage it in with upward gentle strokes. Do not stretch your skin. Just be gentle. Small circles...until it is mostly absorbed. Do this in the morning and then again just before retiring. I believe you will notice a smoother textured skin even if you don't have sun damage. It's definitely worth a try...it worked for me.
i have tried many branded mousturizers. i'm not satisfied. but when i tried this Vit E skin oil by spring valley i was surprised. it smoothes my skin and ohhh...this is it.
I would greatly prefer pure Vitamin E and nothing but Vitamin E. I always recommend pure Vitamin E ONLY to all my friends. It takes wear and tear off your skin like nothing else.
Well, for $4 I should have known. It was my mistake for not reading the description thoroughly. But, it's not pure vitamin E oil. I ended up returning it to purchase a brand that was a little more expensive but, pure vitamin E.
Its said on the label that it is Vitamin E Oil but the first ingredient is soybean oil, second ingredient is vitamin E oil. This is a problem for me because I had foot surgery and the reason I purchased this was to help in healing. Soybean oil is not recommended. I bought on line so I didn't know the ingredients until it arrived at my home. So I guess if what you want is a mix of oils this would work great for you.
