SPYPOINT Flex-M Twin Pack Cellular Trail Cameras - Best Hunting Accessories, No WiFi Needed, GPS, Night Vision, Dual-Sim LTE, IP65 Water-Resistant Game Camera, 28MP Photos, 720p Videos + Sound

I got what I ordered and I got it earlier than I thought I was gonna get it, but it's just what I ordered and they were real well

I love how they automatically switch service providers. My deer lease needs that because the signal is stronger with different providers at different places on the lease.

The item is advertised with Sim Card included but will not operate unless you buy an additional Sim Card. I bought a twin pack so then I had to order 2 additional Sim cards at $ 40 each. Still waiting on delivery. I specifically bought this product since the Sim Cards were included.

Works good enough for what we are needing them for. Has some kinks when firmware updates and photo quality isn't quite as good as higher end, but expected for price point. Make sure to use decent micro sd cards. If end up being short on funds does offer free version (100 photos a month). Overall happy with product. Will say once camera batteries get to medium (if using AA batteries) need to replace them soon after because they will sometimes die without a low warning.

I find it difficult to understand the set up process. Trying to use the app to set it up. You would think it would be automatic, but it's not. Still trying to figure it out.

My husband bought 12 of these SpyPoint cameras and needed SpyPoint customer service. I researched and tried over and over to get someone in the US or Canada. Every time I called, I ended up with someone in Asia…. who was reading from a script. I tried to research on the internet, but there is no way to reach anyone in the USA or Canada…. Or anyone whose first language is English. I wanted to talk to someone at SpyPoint ghat has first hand (hands on) understanding of the game cameras. I did confirm that SpyPoints Asian Customer Service has no direct experience about the specifications etc! This will be the death of SpyPoints product lines. I returned 12 cameras!

I got these to replace an old one I have that stopped sending pictures when I received them and opened them up they are used one of them looks like the batters has leaked in side it and they are all scratched up and missing pieces going to have to return them and the spiders they came with

Neither camera would work properly had to call SPYPOINT and spend about an hour on the phone proving they were junk in the end result they sent me 2 new same cameras with a return label for the defective ones, the only other complaint is these cameras DO NOT come with the sd cards needed for the camera to work hope this helps future buyers.

camera is not taking pictures and customer service is well i had 6 agents on chat and was disconnected by all with no help at all. dont waste your money.

I ordered one item with two trail cams Included. I was sent two packages each one had two trail cams in it. I was charged double on my credit card. I don't know how to correct this problem. Very frustrated.
