S/S PIE SERVER

I bought this so I can have a decent pie spatula for the holidays to take to the in-laws home. While shopping at The Dollar Tree, I saw that they carried metal pie spatulas as well that looked the same. I still like the ones that I purchased, but just check out other stores if money is a bit tighter than usual for you. (At this time of year, the money crunch hurts a bit more.) Honestly a hard plastic spatula would have been nice as well, so I could just bring it to another home and not worry if I forget it in all of the rush of trying to leave lol! It has a serrated edge to take the place of having a knife to help cut a stubborn pie crust. Sometimes this works, and sometimes it doesn't. It is in one piece, which is a plus to me since my spatulas usually break at the weak point where the handle meets the flat of the spatula. While it won't last forever, (a shame that nothing made today does anymore) it will last several years at least I hope. It isn't coated in anything to make it easier to clean, cut, etc. And you shouldn't use it for anything but serving cakes, pies or other desserts, (not for use in a hot frying pan or iron skillet) so it will work out just fine.

Very nice and sturdy pie server. The serrated edge is very helpful. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Not only is it a beautiful design, I love that it's stainless steel and the edge is perfect for cutting your pie. I'm actually going to use it to serve some pastries I'm going to make over the holidays.

It was a gift for my young adult granddaughter who is just starting to bake pies!
