Stamina 38 inch InTone Plus Rebounder Trampoline - Low Impact - Fun Exercise

After reading the many reviews, I decided to give it a try. For the money, it works for me. It recommends opening it with 2 strong people; I am a widow and was concerned about it snapping back on me. So I slid one end under the couch and pushed on the other end and it locked open with no problem. So far it is holding up, I use it only about 3-4 times a week, not daily and am under 160 lbs. I think it is working out ok for me. I would recommend this.

This product is perfect for 10 minutes a day or more to increase your fitness and promote excellent cell health, nothing beats it rebounding for health, it's right up there at the top and the trampoline is easy to assemble and it's even fun bouncing around. It's lightweight and highly functioning for what it's made for. Yes, Good.

I have been using this trampoline for almost a month now and I love it! It is the perfect size, not too big or too small, and I have plenty of room to jump on it without getting on the edges or falling off. It is easy to put together and to move from room to room if needed, and it doesn't take up too much space in the room. I do gentle bouncing on this trampoline and I feel it is much easier on my body than jumping and running on the ground, and it's so much more fun! I put some favorite music on and bounce and twist and jump for about 2 songs at a time and it's great exercise.

This is my second trampoline in 20 years. I finally had to retire my first one after getting 20 years of daily use. I am a senior citizen that still runs, walks, jumps and does an exercise routine every day. The proof is in the pudding. Rebounding and exercise work along with good nutrition and proper diet and vitamin supplements is the fountain of youth. I am seventy and do not take any pharmaceutical drugs. I work hard, play hard and get plenty of sunshine. I wouldn't be without a trampoline unless something happened to cause me to dis-continue using it. I love it and if I go away, I take it along. Had a mini tramp for several years but it was past its prime so got this one which seemed close to my old one. I'm 79 yrs old, female at 115lbs and always determined I can do things myself. Read instructions and knew to be careful but saw where someone put one side under couch to snap together so carefully tried it. Be sure your couch is heavy, it did work for me! My hands have arthritis so putting on the guard was rather hard for me but I managed eventually. All set up and put disco music on and I was good to go. Since it's 114 here in Arizona I am now using this for my walking and it works for me!

Well made, attractive and affordable product. This rebounder allows you to Jump Up and Down. This is the best way to activate your body's lymphatic system. When you jump up and down, you give your body a mini blood transfusion which helps cleanse the lymphatics and recirculate blood throughout the body. There is simply no better form of exercise on the planet for your skin, your heart, your digestion and your hair. There are other more expensive trampolines on the market. But the Stamina 36'' has a reasonable price at Walmart. I highly recommend it. :)

I have no complaints about this trampoline. I assembled it fairly quickly with the help of my teenage son. It feels sturdy and stable. It's quiet (no sound actually). And at less than $32 (and free shipping) the price could not be beat. I would definitely recommend this trampoline.

I am a beginner at using this mini trampoline and read that is good for detoxing the lymphatic system. It is hard to jump on at first because it is not like a regular trampoline. You have to build up your calve muscles a bit first, but there are plenty of youtube videos out there to help with that. So far I love it and it is a great work out and easy on the joints!

Fairly well constructed. Good value for the money. Like the silver cover. Good visual to avoid jumping on the bands....nice safety feature. Not the bounce I expected, but it meets my needs. Wanted it for cell toning and lymph system cleaning. I jump about 5 minutes daily. Like that I can store it if I want to cuz it folds down to a manageable size. Was a bit put off by the label on the box that reads "Warning. This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm." Why would a manufacturer even use these chemicals. I decided to keep it anyway, but it does make me a little uneasy.

My 12 year old daughter goes through mini trampolines a few times a year because she uses it regularly for sensory stimulation. This particular one has lasted the longest( usually 3-4 months) rather than the Gold's Gym mini trampoline (lasted 1 month). The most problematic part of assembly of the Stamina is the need for two people to safely unfold it, however, it is still quite easy to assemble after this step-just screw on the legs and go!
