this is my second set. this is one of the best tools I've ever owned. you may think that's funny until you try them. I bought a second set because I want to set for in my home because my other set will never leave my work truck. they're really awesome.
This adjustable wrench is very useful when a socket can not be put on the bolt head or nut. It gives you a 3 point connection to the nut and is locked in place so that the wrench jaws do not move.
I often find myself on my back, working under my car. The Stanley 10" Locking Adjustable Wrench saves me a lot of time from having to reach for a bunch of other wrenches since I can adjust to the right size on the fly with this tool. If I need to tighten/loosen a bolt, this Stanley wrench can also lock the nut in place without having to literally hold on to it while I use a ratchet/socket wrench to turn the other end of the bolt. Very Handy!!!
loved the lock on it
Awesome, co workers are jealous of this smart wrench. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
every adjustable wrench doing good job but, sometimes get loose with small nuts or screws. this locking mechanism allow better connection and help better to close or open without slipping and hurting the nut or screw head. highly recommended.
Saw this at the store. Wasn't sure that I needed it. I have used it multiple times. This is a great upgrade for a 10 inch adjustable wrench. Flawless.
I am a maintenance mechanic and I have had this wrench for three years and i still use it everyday at work. It has held up better than I had hoped and is the one tool I keep with me at all times.
An Adjustable Wrench With The Vise Grip Built Into It. A ffriend of my Brought His to Show me and I had to Have One. I am a Handyman By Trade. It Is the Prefect To Use on Old Rust Nuts and Bolts and Does NOT slip off. I hope They Come out with a Larger opening Version Would Be great For Plumbing Jobs if They Did.
I was very surprised how well the smooth jaws and clamp feature work to remove stubborn fasteners without damage. The 10" MaxGrip locking wrench quickly found an honored place above the workbench. This wrench works so well I bought a second one in case the first one got lost. No other tool has the range this wrench does. It will fit anything from sheet metal to 1-1/4" bolts without leaving marks or rounding-off corners. If the job is more than a few steps away from the toolbox, this is often the best tool to carry. The two I have are many years old and still working great.
