Stansport Mosquito Netting Large

I cover my outdoor horse troughs used as fish ponds and lily ponds. Perfect fits.

Set this up for use in my hammock. Keeps the mosquitoes out just fine.

Sleeping on church floor in Central America. Had to provide my own rope to secure above bed. Barely covered bed. Kept out bugs.

Very compact and light. The picture might make you think that it has a tarp on the button but in fact it is just open. I got the double and it really only has enough room for one which seems to be the case with most camping gear size ratings. All in all seems pretty good so far, and a solid value.

I expected a little more to the net, based on the picture, but I got it half price and free 2 day shipping, so it was well worth it! Kept the mosquitoes off me and my daughter (I bought 2) at camp - our site sat over a bog, but we were protected each night.

The mosquito net is a great value and is made very well however the picture would lead you to believe there is a fabric or vinyl "base" at the bottom to lay your sleeping bag on. The actual packaging does not contain that part.

This was not as I expected but for the price who can complain? I will be sewing a waterproof bottom to the net and installing a zipper from the hanging top to bottom of the side. The bottom modification will then ensure the netting does not get kicked up during the night and the waterproof bottom will ensure a dry sleeping area without the need to carry a ground cover. And the ease of access with the zipper will make this a top notch net!

Some reviews says that this net is small but I didn't expect it to be that small. The material is also quite rigid leaving a lot of gaps if you're hanging it over a cot. Hopefully after a couple of wash the material will soften up a little .
