Sturdy and safe for our family
Great plates for our family. We use them daily. There is a slight wobble in the middle as there is no structural support when on the lap. But on a table it is great. We use them daily with us and the kids. No eating plastic in our meals from plastic plates. No worries about anyone breaking them. There is scratching and cut marks that do happen in the plates so do not expect them to keep a perfect surface. So I would imagine that our bodies absorb something from it, but it is probably much less harmful than plastic.

Great Plate
I like the plate. It is shiny and holds food. The main reason I got it is to differentiate it from my other plates so that no one could take it and say it was theirs.

Steel Plates
The plates are what I wanted. There is adhesive from stickers on the plates that is not removable, except by scratching up the plates or application of a chemical dissolvant, whose effect on the plate is unknown.
