Stansport Teton Dome Tent

I cannot share alot because it hasn't been set up. It was a birthday present but she lived it (her favorite color is blue. She had the biggest smile when she opened it) she wants to set up but it has been raining since she got it. Thanks

Bought two of these when on sale. One will be a gift and one is ours. We liked the height. Most tents this size aren't 6 ft tall. It had the piece to hang a lantern and was easy to set up. The only bad thing is there is no electrical port, otherwise was a good buy when I bought them. Seems to be about a 4 person tent.

Nice tent, nice size, had cot and queen mattress in it, with plenty of room in between. Just having two poles made it difficult to set up. Just put both poles in place before standing it up and wala.

I needed a new tent and was looking for one I could actually stand up in to get dressed, this tent fits the bill. It was an amazing price, less that twenty dollars, and is pretty well made. The ventaliation with the rain fly on, could certainly be better, not a lot of airflow to be had. I have yet to try in in a rain storm, so I can not attest to it's water resistance. That being said, I did use waterproofing spray on it immediately out of the box to be on the safe side. Setup is pretty basic which is good since the instructions will not help you at all.

I just used this tent this weekend for 2 nights of camping. This tent is very spacious but the material that it is made up seems very thin. It rained very heavily one day and a decent amount of water leaked inside of the tent. Nothing got soaked but there were some standing puddles of water after the rain storm. Like many tents that I have owned, the zipper for the door tends to get stuck on the fabric near the upper corner. When setting the tent up, it makes it much easier if you have two people to get the poles inserted in the fabric "channels" because the metal pieces of the poles get caught on every one. Overall, its a decent tent for the price if you are using it for good weather camping. But I'd probably choose another if you need to use it during rainy conditions.

wonderful size! I can stand inside! the bad is the rainfly! if you want lots of air into the tent you will have to remove the rainfly! so if it rains you will have to rush to throw it back on. (in florida that's a problem because it rains without warning) I solved my problem by buying 2 upholstery zippers and having my wife sew them into the rain fly so I can do a quick unzip and fold back for extra air! note to the tent maker, install zippers on the side panels of the rain fly! duh! also got extra ropes with the tent and no instructions??? note to tent maker assembly instructions say nothing about the cheap rope that's included! duh!

I paid $18 now its $67. Hard for 1 person to assemble. Cheapy small diameter poles with easily broken shock-cording. I broke one and drove the other thru screen. Loved the room and 6' center good venting..not a full rain fly means wet sides and water inside. Those domes are hard to cover with tarps for extra rain prorection...Great value.. Id buy another at $18 but no chance at $67 to cheaply made.....

The tent seems to be made well for the price but it wasn't waterproof. We had a small amount of rain and a lot of water came in through the walls. I scotch-guarded the two ends where the puddles were and that stopped it. I guess they call it 3 seasons for a reason. So if you want it for all seasons you need to treat it for water.

Tent was very difficult to setup. Almost to the point where I wonder if I received the wrong poles. The shock cord in the poles was so loose, the poles barely stayed together when trying to feed them into the sleeves. Once we did get them in the sleeves they seemed too long for the tent. We had to pull on the tent and bend the poles to the point I thought something was going to break before they would lock into the keys. Once the poles were finally in, the tent did not sit right. It looked stretched out at the four corners and was loose on the sides
