Totally unexpected ending totally love it but I'm not sure if I like what happens to Luke Skywalker but it leaves the opening that is unfathomable that was totally unexpected and totally love it totally recommend this movie
everything good
This is a great movie, but it's a love it or hate it film as most truly great finds are. I've noticed something interesting though... I'm from the original generation of Star Wars fans who saw it in the theater in 1977. I saw this movie twice in the theater with about a dozen of my old friends my generation and we all loved it. Generally speaking it's the younger neckbeards who just hate this movie for the sake of hating it. Just read through the reviews... How many intelligently written 1 Star reviews do you see?
But I am dumbfounded by all of the hate on this movie and I know it mostly comes from die hard fans- and I get it. There were certain things about this movie that even I was disappointed by (didn't really care for Finn and Roses adventure-seemed out of place and a couple other parts) but for those who are just jumping in the boat of star wars. They love it! It's inspiring and so cool. The ones that grew up watching seem to be very tightly set on what it should have happened (though some of us who grew up watching it- loved it!- like me). I believe Ryan did a wonderful job. He's an amazing director with amazing creativity. What he did was allow for the door to be open for more star wars movies to come about. And to stop the repeating of certain things. And hey as a plus, no one lost any limbs this time around. And Reys character to me is so cool (plus the actor is even more cool) anywho. Long post but I support this movie. I will also being buy the book. I think it is great for all ages and for people who have young kids- they are the next generation to share the love of star wars. Change can be hard but it can be good in the end. My opinions.
Another wonderful Star Wars movie! The most epic lightsaber battle in Star Wars history. Due to negative reviews I had low expectations. However I was blown away!!
Visually stunning and thrilling! Yes there were parts I didn't like but still is one of the all time best movies. Getting kind tired of the complainers.
Movie inside the package is fine, however, how it was directed sucked! I am not impressed with this movie what so ever.
Stop selling used products as new … I don't mind buying previously owned movies … but not telling us that is wrong - I would not pay 12.00 for a used movie !! Without the codes
The film that killed the legendary Star Wars saga. This film totally disrespected the character of Luke Skywalker and the previous films. Incoherent plot, SJW politics, lame characters, etc. Don't watch if you want to keep positive memories of Star Wars and it's original story and characters.
Visually this movie is amazing. The story line is weak at best, spaceships running out of gas...really? Mark Hamill's acting was superb, but he's been turned into a bitter hermit which I hated. If Luke's bitterness doesn't bother you, maybe you'll enjoy Luke drinking space cow juice...yes that really happens. So love it, or hate it. You decide.
