I’ve been drinking this coffee daily. What I liked: - The medium roast is super smooth, not too strong or bitter - Great balanced flavor that works well hot or iced - Consistent quality every time I make it What I didn’t love: - Nothing major, it’s exactly what I expect from a good everyday coffee Best for: - Anyone who likes a smooth, balanced coffee that isn’t too dark Would I repurchase: Yes
I love Starbuck coffee, but I'm a light roast girl, so I'm beyond grateful Starbucks came out with these blonde roast coffee varieties. Honestly, for me there's no need to buy any other variety or flavor of coffee because it's so versatile. Now I only have a Keurig and was looking to save money so I bought just the ground coffee instead of Kcups. I was a little worried that it would diminish the coffee using the reusable Kcup, but it didn't! So as long as they keep making this variety I'm going to keep buying it!
My husband loves the richness in the flavor of this coffee. It’s a lot more of an energizing coffee than any other we’ve had also. I’d normally spend $20 for a 40 oz bag from Sam’s but it was out of stock at my local Sam’s Club so I went ahead and bought the 28oz bag for $20 at Walmart.
Pike Place is excellent when mixed with milk or cream. Drinking it without something to take the bitterness out of it is an unpleasant experience. Taste-wise, it's not impressive. Veranda has a better taste and more of a caffeine kick. Pike Place smells good when it's being poured. It doesn't taste like a premium coffee. I think are better coffees out there, but lack the Starbucks name. In other words, what I'm trying to say is Pike Place is overrated. Good coffee, but not worth the $20 I paid for it.
Don't believe in magic, you say? Well, then explain to me how it is these beans, simply compressed into my espresso machine and hit with hot water......can make a brew that bring me back to life eaxh and every morning (no barista needed), The same delicious magical concoction as at the cafe. You, too, can believe in magic.
I've been using this coffee in my Jura EN4 machine for a few years. I like to drink four 1.5-oz shots to get my day started. It's got a great taste and intensity. When we have guests, I serve them 6-oz cups of the same coffee. Everyone loves it! Of course, it's dark and strong, but isn't that what coffee is all about?
I have been drinking this for years in the morning. I like its flavor. It may be expensive, but it is cheaper to brew at home and I can enjoy it without leaving my house. It is a win-win situation.
This coffee tastes exactly like you get in one of their shops. Light smooth taste. Use some Starbucks creamer and you’ve got coffee shop coffee at home. Tastes great when used for iced coffee. My whole kitchen smells like a Starbucks shop ☕️
I didn’t order this, I ordered whole bean coffee, this was grinder. What I ordered was 14 dollars a bag this was 20 dollars and not the type of coffee I wanted. Not happy. I got one bag of what I ordered and three bags of what I didn’t order.
Second time I bought this, the closures were broken! Second time worse. A piece of tape was supposed to keep it closed
