Best K-cup hot cocoa I've had so far. Knocks Swiss Miss [Instant, well, you know] out of the entire zip code. Worth the extra few dollars. Only downside is that it gets a bit diluted for larger cup sizes. Add milk to your mug first and brew it at the second to smallest for best results or brew your favorite coffee afterwards for a quick %26 dirty mocha.

Very good hot chocolate. My husband and children are addicted to hot chocolate. Bought this and it became their absolute favorite. Nice chocolate taste. They add little creamer and they feel like they went to Starbucks. You will not be disappointed.

I think this is a great hot chocolate, especially when you can use it with K-Cups. if you have a machine it's just much easier but this stuff tastes really good

Pretty good overall. Better than paying at the drive through. I guess if you have the device to use the K-cups but I wouldn't go out of your way to acquire one for these. Convenience is there in theory but just as convenient to use a ‘Swiss' packet or Ovaltine scoop. I the ink price is a little steep as with many others in this space

I love the taste of this coffee. I usually like a medium roast and the taste and the smoothness of this coffee is great. I also like a little flavor so this hits the spot!

As I wrapped my hands around this warm cup, a wave of anticipation washed over me. Some barista's raved about some new hot cocoa; as I took my first sip, disappointment set in. It tasted oddly diluted, like someone had forgotten to add the rich chocolate essence that usually enveloped me in comfort. I craved creamy decadence %26 got only a faint sweetness, leaving me wanting the cozy Starbucks experience.

I recommend it for kids, however I didn't find it strong enough as an adult. I want a strong creamy cocoa, and I found it to be weak, particularly for the price.!

Not your standard hot chocolate taste. this is somewhere between bakers and dark. when brewing, you dont get all the chocolate, 1/5 - 1/3 is left in the cup after the machine quits. drink quickly or the "chocolate" will fall out of solution.

I didn't really enjoy it! And for one it needs a little more sugar. It taste kind of bland and bitter! Otherwise its not bad! I'm not a sugar fanatic but trust me, This needs a boost!
