Well made and simple to use at great price.
This device allows me to connect a thumb drive to my 2013 Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 so I can transfer files to / from my Windows notebook. Sturdy and well constructed, perfect fit to the 30 pin slot. A lot of value for a small price.

Amazingly Simple to view USB flash drive files!
This is a must for anyone who owns or plans to own a Samsung Galaxy Tab Tablet. I bought my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1) three weeks ago. I was wondering if there was a way to view files (documents, videos, etc.) that I have saved and downloaded on a couple of USB flash drives on it. YES, there is a way. You need an On The Go (OTG) Adapter Cable. You should know there are SEVERAL different OTG cables on the market, but this one by StarTech is among the cheapest/not dramatically overpriced. And it is so simple; just connect to view files on a USB flash drive. It is currently out of stock online (3/17/2013), but when it is back in stock, I will definetly being getting another one...maybe two!

waste of money
If you were in serious need of a charger and not paying attention to what this actually is will be in serious trouble and be seriously angry when you can't used it without an usb with 2 male ends

Not for iPad
I got it to hook a USB connector to an iPad. It does not fit into the 30 pin slot because of little pins sticking out of the side. It might be a great product, but not for an iPad.
