Super, but intense workouts!
These 10 min workouts have more bang than floor exercises. Wow! The video is just as I expected from 10 Minute Solution! You will not be disappointed!

Ouch...in a good way.
The 10-minute workouts on this disc are no joke. I am definitely out of shape, and made the mistake of doing two of these in a row. My thighs have NEVER been that sore after any other workout.
