Stealth 700 Gen 2 Premium Wireless Gaming Headset with Bluetooth, Turtle Beach, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro

Excellent mic and sound quality, but suffers with persistent bluetooth connection drops and has frequent audio break ups in use with my computer whenever I use it there. Though if you restart your computer w/ the device connected, it resolves this issue with the restart. The turtle beach hub app is useful for tweaking your settings on the headset, but because of the drops to bluetooth this can be exhausting. But a great headset i use with my ps4. And I also habe a turtle beach stealth 600 gen 2 as a backup.

These are an absolute must for the PS5 to utilise the 3D audio. I had a pair of TB Elite's for the PS4 which were fantastic but they weren't really suited for the PS5 which was a shame. It really is an advantage hearing enemy footsteps and gun fire with the 3D audio and it has I believe genuinely improved my KD ratio. The sound quality is excellent as well as the battery life. The only small gripe is the plastic buttons feel a bit cheap, but won't let that stop you from purchasing.

Decided on upgrading my headset to go with my PS5.... works a treat and sounds incredible! The ability to connect both PS5 and my phone at the same time is genius. My only issue has been pairing the headset sometimes takes a minute, but this seems to be much quicker if I turn it on while near the dongle instead of across the room. Once connected though I've not had a single drop-out, latency or interference of any kind.

I purchased this product to mainly use on PC and have not used it on PS4 yet. There are a lot of positive points about this headset. Overall setup with the dongle could have been smoother, but once up and running, the headset has worked flawlessly. The dual connection to Bluetooth to enable the use of the app, and phone alerts/calls, is a great feature and one that should be as standard on these types of products. Due to the use of the app, the controls on the headset don't feel busy or difficult to use. For me, the headset is comfortable over long periods, and the cooling ear pads really help. Audio quality is good. I toggle between normal for music and bass/treble boost for gaming and that suits me really well. Overall, very satisfied with this headset.

When I use this mic, the members on the receiving end of my mic would always complain about a clicking noise they would hear when I talked to them. I reached out to the turtle beach for a fix but all they told me to do was update and even after that, the microphone still gave my problems. The audio is good though.

These headphones although very comfortable and felt better built and less creaky than my previous headphones performed woefully. Bluetooth with the headphones was great and worked fine. However working with the PS4 on the other hand was a different story. Firstly getting the headset to pair. This proved a near impossible task at times. Sometimes I would be there 15/20 mins turning everything on and off to try and pair. When they eventually pair it was an all to common occurrence when they would drop out of sync and then start repairing!! This again would go on for sometime before repairing. When online the mic would come across to friends either robotic or stuttery or both. After trying to talk to TB for help with very little success and going through all troubleshooting and even firmware updates I had no success. To get any kind of performance from these headphones I found that I had to sit right next to the console which needless to say was less than acceptable. Even then though I'd find the headphones to have same issues. I was less than impressed so I sent them back for a refund. These headphones were riddled with issues. For the first time in my headset life I went away from Turtle Beach.

Quality of mic, blutooth, and sound were great but the consistency was terrible. The headset would disconnect at Random times, and it would also turn off randomly. The connectivity length was not so great either, within a few feet away from the PS4 the sound was already scratchy. The mic consistently cuts in and out during gameplay chat. On the app there is no option to control the game chat sound which I found was very sad. For $150 I was really disappointed to find that this potentially great headset performed very poorly and the application who is not very helpful without the game chat sound control. I ended up returning the headset and getting the rig 700 wireless, because unfortunately that’s all they had that was left on the shelf.

I've experienced crackling and distortion whilst playing in-game with this headset. This happens every time I use the headset. When playing with other people and using the mic to chat, I'm told that the mic is crackling up. The last thing I experience is sometimes when I turn the headset on, the volume isn't as loud as it should be, even with all volume settings at max

I got this for my ps4 and nintendo switch. the sound quality is amazing, dont get me wrong. However, the range is shorter than what i need. I game with my tv and my distance is about 8 feet. Thats trash. My normal earbuds i use for my phone have a range of at least 30 meters. so when i get closer so i can hear another problem arises. My mic stops working entirely. I did the update but it didnt help. Oh, the sound quality is better on ps4 than switch. You can pair directly to the switch. I actually used this on both my ps4 and switch at the same time. That parts freaken sweet. As i wright this review, my headset is constantly loosing connection saying headset paired. I recommended looking elsewhere for a bluetooth headset.

At first this headset was amazing. However I’m on my second pair due to the fact that the cheap plastic they use tends to break completely after regular use. The first time it happened I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt but the SAME THING happened again. Stay away from these headphones if your gonna spend good money on a headset get some Astros instead cause turtle beach is not the right choice
