Microsoft Xbox Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller for Xbox Series X, White

I was concerned after seeing reviews about open box and stick drift, wasn't the case. package was factory sealed and controller has no issues atleast so far.it feels better in hand than original controller, rubber grips are nice. I play mostly first person shooters, the adjustable triggers are great set to minimal movement.thumb pads are also adjustable, just pop off it off then turn with provided tool.battery life seems good, can also use it while plugged in.it is the core controler does not have extra trigger on back

Great controller. Solid button feel and quality. Walmart online order and curbside pickup was also quick and easy. Walmart associate delivered order to my car within 3 minutes of arriving.

i ordered a brand new remote. not an open box. the tape on the box was cut and retaped. there is noticeable dirt and grime on the trigger and under the removable buttons. i havent even tested the remote yet but if there is any issue i want a full refund or replacement with a NEW remote. not a used one. i purchased a 3 year warranty with this product as well....

They gave me a controller with the back buttons (for the paddles) jammed! How are y'all going to resell something without making sure it's clear from all defects? SMH! I paid $110 for a controller I can partially use. It's even worse because I bought the paddles some time after buying the controller. By the time I realized the back buttons weren't working, it was too late to get my money back for the controller. If you're going to buy an elite series 2 controller buy it straight from Xbox. Don't be like me. 🙄

Do not buy this controller, I ordered this item around five months ago and it's already developing stick drift and it's starting to become unplayable, not worth its price

This is supposed to be a new controller, but it is clearly a refurbished or used controller. There are scratch marks and oil marks from handling on it. This is clearly false advertisement, no one should buy a controller from this place. I will be returning it for a refund.

Item was ordered as "NEW". Received an opened %26 used item shipped from store, instead. Then had to go to the store to do the return because they messed up the shipment.

Was clearly opened already. The box wasn't even put back together right before it was taped shut again . You can clearly see it was put back together the opposite way with seals pointing the wrong ways to different sides of the back of box . Will not allow photo upload grrrr

Controller came broken already, i thought i left this review when i got it but i guess walmart didn't want me to post it then? anyways id say save ur money on these, go literally anywhere else and get a normal one. This would be the 4th time in a row i've gotten “Brand New” controllers that come with different problems

This review is on both Walmart and the product. Right out of the package the analog sticks were not working properly. The Walmart website gave me until February 8th to return this product and on February 5th I went to a store location to return. They told me I could not return this product after 30 days due to it being an electronic even though the website clearly stated I had until February 8th (and I have screenshots) Customer support is a joke. AI that doesn't understand the situation and it won't connect you to a human representative. I've emailed customer support to no response. Basically just scammed me out of 130 dollars for a malfunctioning product.
