Steam $20 eGift Card [Digital]

You have four options. Report issue with order online at walmart.com Send email about it. Go to local Walmart store, bring your order page and stuff. Call Walmart. What happens when Walmart sell customers one of these cards is they register the two serials the cards have to the order. That way they know exactly which card went to which customer and so on. This also prevents them from activating cards that weren't legitimately purchased. The first serial is the activation serial, it's essentially the same as the activation barcode. The second serial is the card production serial. It's identity amongst all the cards. If you have issue with your order about activation, Walmart can definitely make it right. Pretty much, on Walmart's end. They just got to make sure that the serial they are activating is indeed a serial that have been purchased by someone already. In which case, you just got to show them your order number. (as the serials are tied to that order number). Have fun gaming !

I only really pay in person so it is nice that Steam allows these gift cards. Highly recommend if you don't want to put in your credit card info online.

it got here a day early and even earlier in the day than originally said by the site . it took 2 days instead of 3 , in spite of coming from a few states away . couldn't be happier . although the number on the back of the cards all you need . idk why that info wasnt passed though by email but its here and it worked thanks>

The instructions on the cards I received were incorrect. You add the funds by clicking on 'Games' at the top of the screen, and then 'Redeem a Steam Wallet Code'. If you add the code at the bottom of the screen like the instructions say, it thinks you are adding a game key.

I bought some V-Bucks for one of my great grandsons and they were like $40 for 5000 V-bucks 💜.. I bought another grandson 2 $20 steam cards and had to pay fees on top of the virtual money which ended up nearly $60. Very unhappy with Steam. At least they should attempt to make the consumer feel like they are getting a dollar for dollar. It's virtual money for goodness sake! DO BETTER!

After I placed my order I realized that I was charged over $26 for EACH $20 gift card for Steam. Now I acknowledge that I should have looked more closely before I hit purchase but I also tried to cancel within a couple of hours and of COURSE it was too late to cancel the order.

Was so happy today to get this card for my son only to find out the numbers are illegible under the tape it is not possible to use this card this is absolutely horrible and now I have a child who is all upset because he used his Christmas money for something that he cannot use. Something is defective with these cards.

"Ordered 2 physical gift cards for Christmas presents. Was advised a short time later that they would be unavailable. Somehow I thought the order would be canceled, or perhaps I had canceled it. I planned to simply order gift ""emails"" instead. Some time later

I received the cards (I ordered 2 of them) in time for Christmas and gave them to my grandson and granddaughter. They were thrilled until they tried to uncover the unique wallet code! When my grandson tried to uncover his code it stuck to the cardboard of the card and tore off the middle of the code making the unusable. Same thing happened to my granddaughter. They are not young children! They are 15 and 17! I went to my local Walmart to return them and they said NO - I would have to call STEAM and get my money back from them. So far no luck with STEAM either. DON'T BUY THESE!! They are a ripoff!!

i got this because I'm post op and can't walk too well, can't drive yet either unfortunately. i got this since i was buying a wallet and wanted to fill it with all his favorite gift cards 💜 and got this one because ik he buys a lot on steam, but it's just a bummer and greedy to charge $6 just to ship it, esp if you have Walmart :/
