It's as easy as 123, just peel the film off, stick in the base, and plug the base into an outlet. Bugs are attracted to the blue light, they get stuck and the rest is history. No more harmful. chemical sprays. one in the kitchen %26 one in the garage!
I absolutely 💯 ♥️ these. i started out buying only one due to a Walmart cash back that was practically a freebie. bugs, 🪰 gnats, no see 'ems are attracted to light as well as human breathing. no toxic chemicals, no scent, just a simple plastic card with super sticky, non-scented clear stuff. you simply plug 🔌 them in, remove paper backing on BOTH sides, slide it in, and it glows a gentle blue light (doubles as a night light) and the critters head right on to it where they meet their final destination! uses practically no electricity, doesn't make any noise, it just provides a safe and effective way to solve the problem of getting bitten. once the card is full of stuck on bugs, you simply pull it out and replace it with a new card. i keep one in my bedroom, and it works like a charm.
Stem traps catch gnats! We go in and out of the house all day. Even though we use a bug spray service (mosquito & gnat) for our yard, we still have gnats. Some are so tiny! While I was at the grocery store, a friendly lady told me about the product. They were on sale at the time. So I tried two, one for each of my backyard doors, and was amazed by how well they worked.
We live in the mountains. I was noticing a gnat every so often. then I saw this product I thought I would give it a try. I had no idea how many gnats/tiny flying critters I had inside. I am so grateful I found this. It is a little pricey but worth it.
I have tons of house plants and because of that I had a lot of gnats in my house an other various flying insects that just get inside. I ordered these lights to see if it would help and I was impressed from the first day. I now have two of these in my house. They have caught spiders, flies, Asian nettles, ants, gnats and other unknown insects. I replace the blue sticky pad about every 2-3 months. I wish the refills did not cost as much but they work so I keep buying them.
these are so easy to use. just put one in the device, then when its filled up (will be a lot)! just pop it out and put another one in. these catch all flying bugs and those pesky gnats! The blue light is a nice touch for a nightlight also 😊
I had my doubts about these things, but I am pleasantly surprised that they work really well. They work best in the evenings when they are the only light available for gnats and other little flying critters. These are a must-have for my home.
Your refills are hard to find!!! My retailer does NOT carry refills. I spent a lot of time looking for refills!! Finally spent a lot of time on the internet. The thing does work.
I have 2 of these tools and they don't do a good job at all. I live feet from the woods surrounding my backyard and across my door which is on the side of the house feet from the woods there. These tools should have captured/lured the flying insects that get into my house everytime I open my door to go out or in. Well they don't do a good job at all.
as subject states - didn't work for me. watched flies go into the trap and go back out - happened mor than once. yes, instructions were followed re; addition of water etc
