The thing I like most about these play houses is they with stand the weather, hot or cold. They don't chip and splinter or need to be stained. If it gets dirty spray them off with a hose, a little soap and water and it's back to new. The pump and water wheel really work as you pour water into the funnel. It includes a bucket to catch the water. It can also be setup inside for hours of fun. Children of all ages, boys and girls gravitate toward this fun playhouse. I like to watch and listen as they use their imagination to entertain themselves. Easy to assemble, just follow instructions. Look at picture on box if you need to.

I purchase this playhouse for my grand daughters. They love it! My son assembled it easily following the enclosed directions. It did require an electric drill to get most of the screws in securely. The delivery company went above and beyond to make sure it arrived on the day it was scheduled. Very pleased with my purchase!

Grandkids love it! Has a water feature as well. On the warm days, the grandkids can splash water and have fun.

The children love the playhouse. It's one of there favorites to play with. Making sharing very easy.

I just purchased 2 of these for my grandson ages 1 1\2 & 3 , they were smaller than I expected, but the boys like them, one came with a broken lid that goes on the grill... Very disappointing, I have messaged Wal-Mart.com where I purchased them to find out how to get a replacement for that. The play House is cute, I like that it is open ,so that I can see them in it.... My husband made wood platforms to put them on since they don't have floors in them, we put indoor\outdoor carpet on those... They are not very sturdy made, but I guess I'm for the price.

The box was tore up and pieces were thrown in the box. It had “return” on the side of the box so I'm sure it's one that someone else didn't want. I was going to return it but there are no more in stock. We are going to try to put it together after Christmas since it's a gift but will return it if parts are missing or it's defective. I was so dissatisfied especially since it was a gift to my grandson. Walmart should be ashamed to even send a box out like that. Lesson learned!

The screws for this playhouse are extremely small and its not holding up to the use of two toddlers. Every time they play they are left with a piece of the house in their hands. Very disappointed.
