I love these Sterilite 64 QT latching storage boxes. The semi-clear is so nice. You can still see some of the items stored inside, enough to know which box you need. No more digging through different boxes to get a specific item. I really like that. It also makes the storage area look way nicer. They are more rectangular, less slanted. I was able to fit two of these boxes side by side in my daughter's closet, which I was unable to do with my last containers. We have used a few of these to store a large amount of sweaters, hoodies and pants. These being the clear type of storage containers aren't as durable feeling as the traditional solid color ones. But they make the space look so much nicer. I'd recommend these for clothing, shoes, toys, bedding, toiletries etc... I don't think these would work well for very heavy items, such as storing a ton of hardcover books. I previously had the more traditional colored sterilite 18g storage boxes (which I also like, have used for years and I still use in other rooms.)
I often buy this brand of storage container. These were purchased to fit on a shelf unit I just got. They are square at the corners so no wasted space. The lids are easy to fasten and the bins hold a lot. They stack nicely too. I am just disappointed that the boxes arrived damaged. I have tried contacting Walmart about it but could not reach anyone. In the meantime I am stuck with cracked and broken bins. But the breakage is Fed Ex's fault. The product is a good product. I hope Walmart agrees to replace the broken items.
The outside one was cracked at the bottom corner. I was still able to use it for some thing i didn't need sealed. Everything else about containers were perfect. Lid lines up with container, latches are strong, and they stack well. Will definitely be purchasing more for easy attic storage.
Nice bins but shipping packaging not good. No cushioning in box. the lowest bin taking the weight of the other 5 was broken at a bottom corner and coming up the side. The box is in good shape. I will see if I can get a replacement bin from the company as this was done in shipping and not in my care.
Unlike many reviews stated my tote did not come broken (though I'm not exactly sure how considering there was no bubble wrap or packing peanuts inside the cardboard with it). I am still a little disappointed though because the product online does not look like the same product I received. Online it's an entirely light pink crate, with the lid and crate being the same color. Irl the actual crate itself is definitely darker, almost much purple. I'm not going through the hassle of returning because I'm hoping the pink stickers I bought are going to save it and it was already hard enough to find a pink tote to begin with, but it still sucks. This is why product pictures need to be taken in natural lighting, in my opinion.
I have just re-done my bedroom colors in Blush pink and Mint green. I have many items that I wanted to keep but no discreet place to store them. When I saw these totes in 'my colors' I was excited to get them! They hold a lot of stuff, and the locking handles are great (since they now act like a hinge also!) I placed one order a couple of months ago, and came back to get more! My only problem is in HOW they were delivered...placed on my apartment doorstep, with the lids standing up inside, along with the other items that I also ordered (clothing) just thrown into the totes! Anyone in my complex could have walked by, seen them, and taken them out! Not very organized or professional, in my book! I thought I set a time for them to be delivered so that I was home...but apparently, they do what they want! I won't be doing this again. I also checked NO SUBSTITUTIONS, and they substituted 2 items, anyway. Anything to not lose a sale. I am disabled %26 have no vehicle to get around in, which is why I ordered to have them delivered; how am I supposed to return them? No Consideration or Respect on Walmart's part. Plus they now charge a "TIP" for the Delivery person. A tip is earned when a job is well done! Real Mess!
we were having mice issues. i did not want my clothing and towels ruined. i washed and thoroughly dried the bins. put clean clothes in them. when i went to wear clothes smell was so bad that i had to grt rid of everything. now i gave no clithes or Linens
when I opened box the totes busted and they shipped it anyway. The shipping box itself wasn't damaged, which tells me they didn't care it was busted and sent to from warehouse like that. I know times are busy cause of Covid-19 but alot of places use it for excuse to do bad or lazy busy.
The tote arrived with the wrong lid and smelled like an ashtray. The return took more than 30 minutes after I arrived at Walmart. I was told to take it to FedEx they could not take it as it required a box( it was not delivered in a box) so they told me to go find a box. Thankfully the customer service team helped by creating a box. this was not a pleasant experience.
These totes arrived NOT in a box. Every tote was missing at least 1 of its latch handles rendering the tote basically useless as the lids cannot be latched. Additionally the shipping label stickers were applied directly to the outside of the totes and cannot be removed without leaving a hideous residue behind.
