Sterilite makes a great bin. The only down side is their Quality Control. I had to return 50% of my orders because the was some typ of damage to the bins or tops. The other problem is the whole amopunt must be returned rather than just the damaged pieces. So I would make the return at the same time I was placing a "replaement" order. Shipping time is better than expected. And there was no hassel with the returns since I processed the request for Return through Walmart.

Quick shipping and arrived as described. While the delivery guy didn't try anything too spectacular, he did just plop the box down on the front porch so it made me worry a little about the other reviews claiming these are brittle. These were fine though and appear to be recently molded. The label peeled easily off and they are ready for use.

It will work well for food, since it seals much better than regular sterilite containers. It is clear and easy to see the contents. The plastic is thick enough for 50 lbs of items.

I love these tubs. I love the quality and the price of these bins. I have purchased several and never had an issue with cracking. I especially like the gasket that goes around the outside to keep things from getting in. When I put my tubs into storage and bring them back into my house, I would prefer not to have uninvited guests.

I love these with the seal because I know my items will stay dry and safe. Here’s why I only gave it 4 stars, more times than not one of the closing clips will not be attached. It is very difficult to put it back on!! With my hands not the greatest anymore I can’t get it back on. I ordered 4 and it happened to 2 of them. Still my favorite because they are perfect for Christmas items. Just wish this didn’t happen.

The Sterlite boxes are made well and the gasket seal seems to protect contents well. I would buy again but not through Walmart. My review is only 3 stars due to damage in shipping. Is it OnTrac (shipper) caused damaged? or manufacturers packing? The original order came a week later than anticipated. The original order and the reorder both came damaged. Also, beware that Walmart's system doesnot provide the text updates related to delivery. Again, the product is good, the Walmart Online experience is not.

I had this delivered to my home and it was missing one of the four lid latches. This item has a lid gasket that will not seal unless it is latched. I had to return it (FedEx picked it up) but it was a big hassle to print a label and waste time on three phone calls with customer support. The second one sen to replace it was also missing a latch AND THE LID GASKET! I took parts off of the returned unit to make one good one before returning. My advise: Don't have this delivered. I can recommend this only if you can pick it up yourself at the store to make sure it is ok.

Some boxes were broken on arrival. I went to Walmart to return or exchange the broken ones. The woman named Beth at customer service went out of her way to be passive aggressive and gave me the worst customer experience of my life.. Other employees even tried to get her to do her job but she just made this experience so bad I will never order anything from Walmart again. I was not able to return my broken bins so shopping online at Walmart is financially not worth it. Yes I appreciate unbroken bins but I will get them at a brick store any where else.

This item was shipped as is, without any protective box or padding and one of the corners was severely cracked, leaving jagged edges and a horrible look. Shipping a plastic bin as is without any protection comes with the obvious risk of getting damaged along the way. Complete waste of money and time. Will never order from walmart again, I wouldnt want to risk other items being damaged from lazy shipping practices. I found the same item for less money at home depot and surprise, their products were not damaged.

Ordered this box of four and another box of four different size - one in each box was damaged - had to return all. Was told to return to store - they wouldn't accept but gave number to call. Bot that answered said non-returnable. Called again and asked to speak to real person who kindly told me I needed to take box to FedEx in box w/supplied label sent in email. I asked if two labels would be needed - told that same label could be used for both. FedEx would only accept one box with the label sent with the email. Returned home and found different label in WalMart account. What a nightmare! Will never order anything online from WalMart again.
