Came in to packages of 6 each, helped me consolidate and organize.
I bought this tote for a pretty standard purpose. My two-timing, heartless devil of an ex-wife recently decided that 36 years of marriage was worth throwing away so that she could move to Costa Rica with some young punk she met in Salsa dancing class. Until a few weeks ago, I was in a very dark place, primarily because I was unable to find a sturdy yet light weight storage container to hold all of my worldly possessions. Just as it seemed that my last sliver of hope was slipping away, I came across this tote. The light blue color was refreshing and it had plenty of room for the few things that my cold blooded ex-wife didn't throw away before taking off with Esteban. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied.
Winter Home for TNR'S. Lined with foam insulation and reflective bubble insulation and a 9" dia.hole in the side for entry, this kitty condo has been a winter home for two years for a few stray residents. A couple of containers are grouped filled with straw and covered with a waterproof heavy compost cover in a secure and sheltered area. I've also used these containers for worm composting and engine covers for garden machines and tools. For prolonged use outdoors as they weather a coat of plastic paint spray does the trick.
I have the 1735 model which is a bit larger. It makes for a fantastic cat litter box. It's easy to cut a hole inside with a box cutter to allow the cat to walk in, and the sides are high enough so that my cat (who doesn't sit down to pee) won't pee outside the box. As well the sticky cat litter just doesn't seem to stick to the Box itself; it just slides right off. I don't use the cover; I don't even bother to bring it home from the store.
I have moved so many times I lost count. So, about 10 years ago I decided that I would get the totes to store my stuff and it's been great to always have these totes for moving or storing anything. I have about 20 plus of these boxes and it has saved me the aggravation of trying to find boxes that arn't flimsy and could get wet and everything be exposed to the 4 seasons I have here.It makes my basement look so organized and that's a huge plus for me. They are so well made and the prices are great as well. In the 10 plus years I have had these totes, not one tote has broken or cracked...now that's a great tote!!!
I love my 30 gallon Tote storages, they are so useful, but I need 4 lids for replacement, I looked for them everywhere, please help me with that.
I really like this bin minus one problem I can't overlook. I have 3 bins stacked on top of each other. The weight from the top bin has caused the other 2 bin lids below to bow out in the middle. I'm super picky and they now look terrible. Next time i with definitely go with a stronger higher grade plastic.
Tried to cancel the order before it arrived but I wasn't allowed since it was already “processed” I tried refusing the delivery but they wouldn't let me refuse it to send it back. I called after receiving them to return them and was told to either bring them back to my closest Walmart store or take them to the closest FedEx store. When I brought them back to my local Walmart store, they said a store could not return them and had to bring them to FedEx. I took them to FedEx and I was going to be charged $162 to ship them back which was 1/2 the cost of the bins so I kept them even though I have no use for them. Very disappointed the Walmart store would not return them and was unable to give me a good option.
Well first I ordered these online because I knew I would never be able to carry them. I ordered 2 boxes which had 6 bins in each box. upon unpacking them from their boxes, 3 in one box were busted and 4 in the other box were also cracked and broken. I was in the middle of moving and wasn't going to mess around with carting them back to an actual brick and mortar store. Then the issue with the lids not staying completely on the bins. Alot of things were broken because upon moving the bins, the lids fell off and my dishes/fine china was ruined. Thirdly, the so called handles that were built in to the bin itself were a joke. couldn't even carry them by the said handles. Again, I was in the middle of moving so I didn't have time to bring them back. I had to buy boxes from the movers on top of the $1000 they had already charged me. I would NOT recommend these bins especially at over $200 for 12 and over half of them were busted. Sincerely, One very ticked off customer
THE TOTE OUTLAST THE TOPS WHERE CAN I GET TOPS FROM WITHOUT TOSSING ALL MY CONTAINRS ???
