I needed a file organizer and decided to purchase one from staples, I placed an online order and when I arrived they said they were out of stock. I immediate opened the Walmart app and placed the order for the exact same file organizer and it was ready in less than two hours for pick up. Walmart is the best

It's very sturdy. The latch works great and I don't expect it to fall apart. I use it in my classroom for filing. My volunteer who does the filing made a point of telling me how much she likes it over a similar one I was replacing. This one is sturdier and has a tray in the lid for small things like sticky notes and paper clips. I just wish it came in other colors, but I'm still very happy with my purchase.

I'll have to check for the hinge plugs. first two I bought from the actual store and one was missing a hinge plug. I went to the store and popped one out, took it home to fix my missing plug issue. same as other two I have. not sold in the walmart stores near me now...

This box is very sturdy. I bought it to hold manuals for our equipment, Tractor, lawn mower, rototiller, pool, and so on. My files were bursting with all of those manuals. I needed them all in one easy to find place. This could be a good craft box as well.

This little file box is great. I didn't need a full-sized file cabinet, just something to hold my household stuff in. It has been great, although, I may need another one or something a little bigger, but I'm hoping not. I'm still going through things to get better organized, but I would highly recommend this product. If anything changes, I will do my best to update my review.

Instead of wading through two huge file boxes to find what I am looking for, I have decided that four smaller ones, each with its own purpose, will be best going forward. Sterilite makes excellent products, so I can trust the quality of each item I have purchased.

bought this to keep paperwork organized. after only 2 weeks of use ( maybe opening 6 times) the clasp broke. Walmart was great about refunding. i would not recommend this file holder. i have one another brand, that's over 30 years old that is still like new. they don't make things like they used to.

I needed two and now I only have one. I have no idea how the delivery person managd to carry it open because without a latch, it doesn't close. So I am making do with other file boxes and probably returning the second one because reordering will take too long. Quality-wise, these aren't impressive and they don't look easy to install a lock.

I have bought two of these from Walmart before and they arrived in perfect shape, however this one arrived with the "buttons" missing that hold the lid to the box, making the file box unusable. The item was to be shipped but was delivered by a store. So when I did the return it said I could bring it to a store or ship it back. I shipped it back Fedex, but I had to get a box, get it ready to ship. Was a pain. But, I still love using Walmart and this is the first time I experienced a problem like this.

Item arrived with a broken latch. Then, to add insult to injury, my request for a replacement is inordinately delayed; These items sent from local stores need to have the person picking them out trained to inspect the item before selecting for delivery. Extremely poor service. I needed this item to use on a timely basis, please expedite the replacement or explain to me why suddenly the poor customer service.
