Great set up and so much fun! Grandma even played!
Item just as described. Arrived on time easy to install.
Kids loved it!
kids LOVE this!!!! My girls are 14 and they love this game! we have an old ZIM ZAM they use all the time so I knew they would enjoy this....didnt realize it needed cemented into the ground but I dug the hole and filled with rocks and dirt for now and its holding up fine! They asked their dad to buy one for his house!!!
Fair amount of preparation required. Every piece required adjustment to fit correctly. Even the lock spring that holds pole sections together is not aligned properly, the average person would not know how to fix this misalignment let alone likely to have tools necessary to make repairs. The narrow section of the pole that fits inside the top mount is not long enough to lock in place. The retaining sleeve is too loose, and even when encased in cement the pole wobbles easily 10-15 degrees. Sadly, the first install step is to use TAPE as a barrier on the end of the plastic sleeve to push through cement foundation so the sleeve mount doesn't fill with cement. Not a permanent install setup, anyone can walk up and pull pole out of sleeve mounted to the ground. Rope provided exceeds of assembled pole. Knowledge of rope 'wicking' required to ensure safe installation and functional tether ball setup for play. Single square knot used to 'tie' ball and pole, misleading consumer that product is 'ready to play'. Purchased for 9 year-old birthday, spent 3 days secretly setting up and installing product, less than one hour of casual play by himself under supervision rendered the entire assembly unsafe for play. Included ball has been played with a little over an hour, when not used has been stored in shed, already ball shows signs of cracking.
It was very easy to install. The kids love playing with it.
The sleeve arrived busted, the pile is not real sturdy had to put a pvc sleeve over the entire pole. The string broke after only 2 hours of use. Wish it were sturdier for the price
it took a lot longer than it had to to get here it came all the way down with shipped to Atlanta then from Atlanta went back up to Philadelphia and three or four other places before ever got to us and wish you back to Atlanta and then to Knoxville finally got to us about 2 weeks late
I've only had it installed for a month and the rope has torn almost in half and the top pole wobbles so bad that we're afraid it's going to come off, I'm so mad I paid so much for this particular one and it's completely junk!
2 piece pole not very sturdy. i would not have purchased if I had seen in store.
