Sterno Instant Flame, All-Weather, Fire Starter Gel - 16oz Bottle

WOW, you want roaring fire? Use this and that's what you'll get. I wish it came out of the bottle more smoothly but it works like a champ. They need to carry bigger sizes of this fire starter.

I decided to try Sterno Instant Flame All-Weather Fire Starter Gel to help with my wood stove when my firewood is a bit damp from recent weather. I knew someone who had used something similar, so I thought I'd give it a shot. It works like a charm! All I do is squeeze a line of gel across the length of a piece of wood and toss it into an already lit fire. It really helps get slightly damp or cold wood going without any extra effort, like having to set the wood on top of the stove to dry out. Since I have ADHD, I often forget about the wood until I start smelling it getting too hot. This gel has completely solved that problem for me! It's super convenient, reliable, and perfect for those tricky fire-starting situations. I'll definitely be keeping this on hand from now on!

I am pretty sure it is basically the same as Sterno in an can..just in a squeeze bottle. Lights quickly and burns long enough to the ols style pellet stove ip to temp and burning.

Not sure if I like this product

since I tried this my fires take longer to kick up don't recommended this product.

I literally bought 3 bottles for a large bon fire. My husband had to run to dollar general for a bottle of reguar lighter fluid. i got so frustrated that I tossed the remaining bottle into the burn pile. I now have a half melted bottle of that crap lying in the middle of my weak bon fire. it puts fires out better than i starts them!!!!
