luv my new tower it works amazing great graphics it was a great tower for the price would definitely recommend and have told others about my new tower

Pc works really good! It comes with the ramstick glued I wish it wasn't though because I needed to move it in order for it to work on my monitor so I picked the glue off and it works just fine now!

I bought this for my daughters 16th birthday. For about 2 month it seemed ok. This morning she turned it on and it went to “fixing” something and it didn't work. I tried to do a factory reset BUT it wouldn't allow this … it's terrible that they are selling stuff like this that's obviously trash . So now what? Perhaps they will ship another one but it may be just as much JUNK as this one. Walmart needs to police themselves and STOP using terrible companies because in the end Walmart sells this stuff and customers have many problems

I wouldn't recommend this purchase. It claims to be a Windows 11 computer, but Microsoft has confirmed it's not compatible with Windows 11. All measures were bypassed to install it, but it won't receive Windows updates, which will eventually cause problems—especially if you're working from home.

Received item and it was boxed very nicely but the motherboard does not work. Pictures included in box do not match what we received. Tried calling tech support number on the side of the pc and had to leave a message

It doesn't work. Doesn't turn on. Doesn't do anything. Got this for my granddaughter for Christmas. We are very disappointed.
