I'm not a medical professional so I depended on the opinions and research of professionals when determining which Pro/Prebiotic to take at my age (59). This one far out rank a large number of others that were reviewed. I've been taking the product for two months so I'm not confident that I'm benefiting from it's full potential just yet but I do have confidence it's one of the best products available. Especially for women as it covers specific needs for women and weight loss/maintenance.

The most effective menopausal formulary I've found. I take it with the boitics . Both have worked so well for me. Biggest problem is affordability. ~$75 for the menopause and ~$45 for the biotics for one month supply each is very difficult to maintain monetarily. That's almost the price of groceries per week. Can't go a week without groceries so if it's a choice…. And, it has come down to that more than once.

This is a quality product. I keep it on hand to restore balance after needing to take antibiotics or a flare up after an upset GI tract. 10/10 would recommend.

This is not a weight loss item, but keeps my gut working well. Has all the right ingredients for gut health, and highly recommended online.

I have less gut trouble and a lot less bloating after taking it.
