There were a few extra screws/bolts at the end. I believe its for when you eventually convert it, but instructions do not specify that. Directions are hard to find, but they are attached to the bottom of the springs. The only thing I am not happy about is there are a few gouges in the wood/paint so I will have to fix that.

We just put the crib up and haven't used it yet since the baby isn't here yet but it was fairly easy to assemble, only took husband about an hour or so to build and it came with no dents or flaws, it's nicer quality then we expected for the price too! Only thing I'd change is I wish the back board was up a little higher but all in all we love it and it looks very sturdy and well built for the price! Very happy with this purchase!

Bought this as a baby shower gift for my niece expecting her baby girl and was easy to install not a complicated set up easy and beautiful worth the money

The package wasn't put up on the front porch it rained on a little bit. Since I sent it to my granddaughter, I hope everything was OK.

The crib is nice, but the quality is very bad, I'm still having problem with some parts of the crib, some of the part stay loose and won't tighten in order for the crib to stay steady. I don't where can I order different tools that can help me to fix it.

Its very cute! The only thing we didnt like about it, was the drawers in the bottom are super tiny. They should go back as far as the crib, but they dont. Maybe about 12-18 inches. My daughter wanted to put baby blankets underneath, but theyre not going to fit. We're lucky if she can put anything under there. Save the extra money and buy a crib that has space underneath. Where you can at least put bins with blankets or clothes.

Under the changing table there are 2 more rows to put things on, well one of mine collapsed... how can I get replacement piece

The box was destroyed and pieces were out and fallen and the crib had broken pieces

It came defective. My bottom drawer doesn't close all the way. And some of the holes made weren't symmetrical to where they belonged.
