I Ordered This, Keep Getting Other Things
I wouldn't know--I never got it. Tried to order it *twice*--you keep sending vellum instead of smooth--read the name: it clearly says Bristol SMOOTH there. I now have 2 things I didn't order and didn't need, plus one unrelated item that didn't even need exchanging, thanks to your idiotic chatbot. Thanks a heap--not.
