Received these a few hours ago, and the bag is already gone. Just kidding of course, that would be a serious sugar coma. But the ones that I did tear into were fresh, packaged well, and shipping was super fast. 1 or 2 of these will take care of any sweet craving you may have. IF you have never tried one, it has a hard strawberry-flavored candy shell that surrounds a gel-like strawberry filling. Super good and you wont regret the product or the shipping, Great for sharing at the office too

These candies have been around forever. I have no idea if it has always been the same brand or if this is that brand, or even if there ever was a brand... However, this is that same candy. If you know the candy, then I need not say anything more. It is 100% what you would expect from an awesome fresh bag of them. So, I guess the issue is for people who have yet to try them. They are an fantastic tasting hard strawberry candy with a soft chewy center. I think as a kid, I never bother sucking very long, as the hard candy part isn't very thick. It is still that way today. If you like strawberry candy at all, then these are well worth trying.

A perfect balance between sweetness and tart, these strawberry candies are a classic! Fun to tie at the ends of curly ribbons on presents as an extra treat, keep a couple in your pocket for sweet tooth emergencies, fill a bowl at your office. The insides are slightly chewy, after the hard candy outer shell melts away. The wrappers are old-fashioned and pretty, in my opinion...like fancy wrapping paper on tiny packages. I have had these types of candies before, and noticed that the price here was a bit better than the price for 2 lbs on amazon.com.
