Having liquid shampoo %26 conditioner all included in the cap made this an easy way to keep hair clean %26 refreshed while being bedridden. Cap was large enough for hair length.

A great product not just for when time or location prevents you from getting into the shower - but also for people like me who have mobility issues. It's a necessity for my quality of life.

I'm disabled and sometimes I try to depend on self this is prefect I can wash my hair without help also,no water so I don't have to worry about falling and if someone is helping I can watch TV or read I can wear my clothes instead of jumping in shower letting someone else take care of me.I'm on oxygen not good with strong smells this product has just the right amount not to strong leaves my hair feeling clean
