Suave Heat Protect Spray, Lightweight, Reduces Blow Dry Time, Protects Up to 450°F, 11 FL OZ

I'm not one to spend a lot of time or money on my hair, but I've been trying to put more effort into it. I especially like the results of my stylist using one of those big round brushes with the blow dryer, so I bought myself a large blow dryer brush, and I knew I needed some kind of heat protectant product to get started. I was thrilled to see that Suave offers one, and the price was so much better than anything else I saw. This protectant works great! It does triple duty -- wetting my hair to style it, protecting it from the heat I'm applying, and leaving it shinier than ever. Plus, it smells AMAZING!

Has a light fresh scent, great size for price, I would repurchase on that alone. The spray gives an even, large mist so I cover a large area of hair at a time.

This heat protectant spray does protect against damage and is very durable. One to two sprays are enough to prevent damage. I did not have to use much product compared to Garnier Fructis Heat Protectant Spray. The smell of the spray is also good, not too overpowering.

you get a HUGE bottle for only 4 bucks and it smells so good, the sprayer works well, and it leaves me with protected and shiny hair

As a previous user of the Pantene heat protectant, I thought this would be a mist you put on your hair and it would work invisibly behind the scenes. As I was running out of it, I decided to use this heat protectant for a simple replacement in my hair routine but I was taken by surprise at how silky this made my hair feel before it was even half dry! I'm a person that has softness at one of the highest priorities in my current hair journey and I can't believe that I've been missing out on this! I thought that I didn't really need heat protectant for diffusing my curly hair but from the feeling I get from my hair alone is worth it; the protectant is just another great addition!

Smells wonderful, left mine and my daughter’s hair super soft/smooth. Works great as a detangling spray, we have not tried on wet hair but it worked really good on dry hair.

I buy this over and over again lol. I always apply this after I shower i think of it as an extra layer of hair protectant for whenever I put any heat on my hair. I feel like it does make a difference. IT SMELLS SOO GOOD.

A little goes a long way as it dries and holds very well. However, caution when combing out as it really does have "glue-like" set and can tangle upon re-styling.

Suave made a huge mistake by discontinuing their amazing blow dry accelerator/heat protectant in the light pink bottle. This new formulation is horrible. It doesn't leave your hair soft after styling—just dry and brittle. I used it with multiple styling tools and had the same results. The scent is off-putting as well. I'm returning my bottle and buying the old formula on resale sites until I can find another brand that works like the old Suave formula did.
