Poor packaging!
I love this scent but I will be thinking twice about ordering online. First time I received 1 of 2 the one I received was leaking so half of it was on the box. They did replace the product however it also leaked out!

WORKS GREAT!
This smells soooo good! I wash my clothes with arm and hammer clean burst and use this fabric softener and the smell would last for days! People would say you smell so good" and then I realized that I am not wearing perfume, it is the scent from my clothes that they are talking about!! Leaves your clothes smelling fresh and soft.

Be more caring, please
The product is great! The Fedex delivery was not great. As box was already open, delivery person should have at least set bottles upright. Box was dropped upside down. Hard for disabled old woman to pick up and bring inside. Next time maybe use 2 boxes?

Walmart Sucks at shipping liquid items
I live this product, but Walmart I hate...They sent these out before making sure the lids were tight, so over half of my bottle was I the bag the placed it in....So not right..

Probably won’t order again!
The fabric softner has a pleasant smell and the price is good. Tho only reason I gave it three stars was because of the delivery. The top was all smashed and it leaked all inside the box., so some of the product was lost. This is not acceptable .When you lose some of the product it’s money wasted.Also it was not placed in my porch where the instructions were told it to be placed.

some of it did spill in the box and even though it was in a bag it did leak a little on my other package. but its good and intact for the most part

poor service
it came half frozen and loosenen the lid and some spilled out! what a mess! the delivery driver handed the box to me and it was leaking out of the box on my floor! it took awhile to clean the mess up!

Need Better shipping package
Need to find a way to seal this product better before shipping. Liquid wasted all over the other items that was in the plastic bag with it. This should of been in a separate bag by itself. But the softener smells delightful.

the container arrived open and spilled all over the box and everything in the box. you have to be more careful and close that type of container well
