The product itself is fine, but it was a mess when I opened the box because it somehow leaked out making a big mess. Y'all need to rethink how you package liquids for mailing.

The product is great it's the shipping handling that needs to be addressed all the bottles leaked thank goodness they were placed in ziplock storage bags but UP arrows need to be placed on the outside of the boxes that ship all liquids.

Fabric softener , suavitel brand
Was delivered in a box and opened the box and fabric softener was leaking out from the plastic bag it was in of being inside the box. Usually have had them delivered in a bag sitting upright.

Eeehhh
It doesn't smell bad, but it doesn't smell great either.. can't make out the smell for descriptive purposes. The good old blue or yellow ones smell better in my opinion.. And they are cheaper. Oh yes almost forgot this one didn't last long either on clothes.

disappointed in delivery
Product is wrapped in plastic to prevent leaking, yet the bottle leaked inside the clear bag. It is a mess and a loss of product I purchased. This scent is not available in store, so I had no choice but to order. This makes me not want to order as my last order was like this as well. I have pics, but they won't upload.

poor packaging
The product is excellent. THE PROBLEM IS THE PERSON PACKAGING IT FOR DELIVERY NEEDS TO TIGHTEN THE cap , THEN TAPE IN PLACE!!!!, then put it in a bag before putting it in a box!!! This has happened before!! When the tape the cap so it cant open , then it doesn't open %26 make a mess in the box!!!!o
