useless, zero result
I bought this medication because I have sinus congestion and an upcoming flight. I was trying to clear my sinus before getting on the plane. I have taken as directed, 1 pill every 4 hours. After 2 days, there is no sign of relief, this medication is just useless, it's just like taking sugar pill. Ridiculous.
