Good for recovery or recovering from dehydration
Great if you're dehydrated but don't drink casually as they are loaded with sugar as are all electrolyte drinks. They have zero sugar options but that's sweetened with chemicals.

Apple flavor the best!
Actually, out of all the flavors, this one seems to have the best flavor. My husband drinks it too, when we lose fluids when sick. He says it tastes like cider. They are all good when chilled...

Hard pass
I am not sure what is in this but it burned my throat! It is not the same as it was 2 years ago, but it is strong, not apple-y and it burns my throat. Do not recommend, and a definately no go for kids!

This item has a chemical taste to it.
My baby did not want it, so I tasted it and it has a very weird artificial taste and actually burn my throat
