Have a 7-egg cooker, black ‘plate' is finally starting to erode after abt 8yrs. Have really enjoyed its performance, over all. Chose to go with a stainless steel base plate, And, a double-decker, multi-function product, this time. Am Not disappointed. Recommend this product, I DO!👍🏻

this is a great egg cooker. but you don't have to put the hole in the egg just put in cooker wait till done let it cool because it will burn you. then peel or refrigerate and peel later.

The instruction booklet is terrible. Something must have been "lost in translation". Very confusing. The Wal-Mart website descriptions filled in the blanks. Very easy to peel the cooked eggs. Egg piercer on bottom of measuring cup doesn't work and breaker eggs. Push pin for maps or cork board works perfect. So much better than boiling eggs on stove top. Fast and efficient. Glad I ocrdered.

I hoped it would have been sturdier. But when I tried it, there were no problems. Just watch out for the steam. I suggest you let it sit a couple of minutes after cooking quits to let the steam evaporate. Other than the lightweight plastic, I really find it useful. I don't have to babysit a boiling pot of eggs/water.

I have used an egg cooker before and this one just doesn't compare. The instructions are a jumbled mess of words that are difficult to read, like it was translated or AI assisted, I don't know. but since I have used one before I know the basics. The tip that you use to puck a hole in the top of the egg is a thick plastic, not a sharp metal pin, resulting in cracked and broken eggs unsuitable to put into the device. The ones I could put in ended up very hard to peel. I will be returning this one and getting a different one.

Don't believe anyone who says instructions are clear and provided with correct measuring “thing” and a picker. What a joke! Attached is a pic of the instructions, the measuring “thing” (which is in mL and not as described in the instructions), and it's missing a picker which is needed to poke a hole at the top portion of the egg to prevent cracking. A 5 year old could write better instructions! Will test this sucker out and learn it the old fashioned way by trial and error. Don't waste your money!!!

I received my egg cooker today, however, I am unable to use it because the instructions make no sense. See the picture I took of the instructions and see if they make any sense to you. They certainly do not make any sense to me. The instructions should be written by someone who ACTUALLY SPEAKS ENGLISH!

The directions are not in proper English and make no sense. After using one time the entire hour plate botten was caked with brown burnt residue. Tried a second time and it was even worse. very poor quality and deeply disappointed.

This is a very cheap made egg cooker. It looks like a miniature compared to the last one I owned. I am totally dissatisfied with it. The instructions are ridiculous and they make no sense. I'll end up ordering another one.

THE EGGS DIDN'T COOK AS WELL AS STATED, I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN AND I THROUGH IT IN THE TRASH. SOMETIMES COOKING THE OLD WAY IS THE BEST WAY. INSTRUCTIONS WERE EASY TO FOLLOW, BUT IT DIDN'T COOK AS IT SHOULD HAVE. EGGS HAD HOLE'S IN TOP AS DIRECTED, 3 OF THE EGGS POPPED AND IT WAS NOT GOOD.
