Great to Use with the Hat Hoop
This Sulky Sticky Self-Adhesive Tear=Away Stabilizer works great on my hat hoop. It works well for embroidering on ribbon, dog leashes and other hard to hoop items.

Terrific product
I can vouch for the quality of this product as I have used it before. I cannot vouch for this roll as I only received it today. This is very unacceptable. I ordered on the 1st day of July and received it on the 10th of July and to add to the injury, I had to pay shipping charges for this product. I won't be ordering anything else from Walmart.

My machine embroidery project turned out beautiful. My reason for the mid rating is that the sticky is almost impossible to remove/peel/tear off after project completed. The backside of the project does not look good due to me pulling mant threads trying to remove sticky stabilizer.
