Sun Joe 28V Cordless 14" Brushless Push Lawn Mower, Adjustable Cutting Height, 5.0-Ah

AMAZING its light weight easy to pick up and runs like a big guy. Im old weak, and lazy , but my yard was hip high and had to be done. I didn't want the mess left behind so i saw this with a catcher. I put a trash bag in the catcher and head in, i did need to empty the catcher and put a new bag in several times, but now that its a normal height i mow it in no time so easy I LOVE THIS THING

Have a small yard, about 2000 sq. ft. with some narrow places. So this 14 inch mower is the perfect size. During the summer the yard needs mowing every 2 or 3 days from May to September. Bought this mower May 2018. As of June 2020, still going strong.

I love my little Sun Joe. It was easy to put together, easy to charge, and very lightweight. It took 2hrs to charge the first time (cause it was new), 4hrs to charge now (after 2 uses) but I couldn't be happier with it. I was able to get a whole backyard and then some on one charge which is very convenient. It's very quiet which helps my neighbors who work nights. The price is very fair to me.

This lawn mower is a treat to mow. I have a small garden and it gets where I want and picks up after itself. What more can you ask! It edges a bit too. It's very easy to discharge the grass catcher. I bought a Snow Jo and love it. There was no hesitation to buy the Sun Jo. My girlfriend tried it, and she is going to buy one too as it is so light and easy to handle.... very well engineered and made!

Love it! However, it should be mentioned in manual or instructions, unless I missed it, that when mowing in taller or thicker grass the automatic speed change. Scared me, I thought I broke it. Lol! Checked on YouTube found a guy who called the maufacturer and they said it was supposed to do that. The power is unbelievable. My 5 yo old Worx (RIP) had to be changed manually. It puts my old mower to shame.

Bought the mower for my mother when her gas mower started smoking and gave out on her. Was expecting shipping to be a week and half out, on a wednesday, actually came the sunday before estimated date. Awesome. Put together was literally two screws for the handles. And there is. aboly assembly on the other part of the handles that can dismantel for easy storage, love it. Decided to give it a go, me and my mom tried. Her being senior and mowing has been a burden due to her considerable decent size lot, having to use so much gas, taking a nap afterwards because she was exhausted. She loved it. She would takes hours to mow and get her lawn perfect. She did half in about 15 minutes. I gvae it a try, i have arthritis in my arms, and i couldnt believe how lightweight and wasy it was. Picking up the whole thing was so light, i would compare it to maybe two galons of milk if that. The push safety button and pull a lever to engage motor was amazing, no more crank the motor. Both me and my mom agree that this is the best investment to mkae and both give it 5 stars. She is so in love how beautiful her lawn looks now. Mulcher is a absolute double bonus for her. No more 15-20 bagged leaves and taking a parade to help clean up anymore. Love it!

This product should receive 0 Stars. After receiving this mower yesterday and then charging it for 4 hours today, Mower started and worked for about 1 Minute. It died and we were not able to restart it. It still showed it was still charged, tried calling Sun Joe. After about 1 hour on hold hung up still non the wiser. Do not recommend this mower, it's a piece of crap. Returning it.

1st Charge (2.5 hrs) - Runs for 40 min (Did 5000 sqft lawn, tall spring grass and weed) - Awesom 2nd Charge (4 hrs) - Runs for 20 min (could do only 1500 sqft lawn, already trimmed grass) 3rd Charge (4 hrs) - Runs for 10 min (could not do even 1000 sqft) Charge again (1.5 hrs) - Runs for 5 min (no power, stops multiple times) 4th - Put it back and returned to Walmart. Got a wired one. Pros: Light, quiet, easy maneuver Cons: Third class non-replaceable battery, Low power (a small thicket of grass and it just stops), Mulch bags fills up so fast and then it becomes heavy

Upon a delayed, arrival I assembled. The assembly was quick(5min) and easy, but very telling on the poor quality. After a full charge, I began using it and it died almost immediately then, after another full charge, it died immediately again and never turned on again. Quality Issues: Plastic - The entire metal pushing handle is attached to the mower ONLY by 2 half inch screws going into a thin piece of the mower's plastic wall. Something you'd see on a kid's toy. Battery - On a full charge, the battery lasted for about 11 minutes of mowing, this drained the battery fully. - Fully charged again and it lasted for about 5 minutes of mowing, then died entirely. I would press the ignition and you can hear a click like it wants to work, but it just doesn't. Tried again on another full charge (after that 5min mow) and same result, completely dead unit.

There is a chance I received a defective model, but overall I would not recommend this for anyone with a normal-sized yard. The battery runs down very quickly, even when charged overnight. I really wanted to like this product, but after several tries at mowing my yard and it dying after 5 minutes I ended up returning it.
