This is very simple to install, 2 screws on each side and bars that screw into the end brackets. The extra rod for sheers snaps onto the base rod. Good for blackout curtains because the base rod snaps in place. There is enough space for the extra rod to sap between the first and second loop of the blackout curtains on either side, holding the blackout curtain tight to the wall.

Exactly as described, very easy to put up. Took me a total of 5 mins.

This obviously isn't going to be a high quality window fixture—it's a little flimsy feeling when you're moving curtain across it. But it looks fantastic and seems to be working well. It's a great option if you're on a budget.

One of the rods came broke at piece the screws into rod. But great rods really like them.

Rods are rough, making it hard to feed the curtains on and move them once installed. The back rod is snapped onto the brackets with a plastic attachment which could easily break if not careful. I wish they had put as much thought into the design of the rods and brackets as they did the packaging. Otherwise, I like them. :)

They look great. They were easy to put up. But the textured paint makes it very difficult to slide the curtains back and forth.

This product makes me want to cry. It is tearing up my nice pretty curtains. If it wasn't for the current pandemic I would return them.

I like the look that this rod adds to the room.however, the texture of the rod made it VERY difficult to get the curtains on it and to adjust them. The curtains suffered a few strings and a patch job before I was done. I would not recommend this product unless you plan to send the rod down before use.

I received this product along with 4 others. I installed 2 of the rods on separate windows. I then went to install one in particular, and after having the mounts screwed into the wall and attaching the rod. I found the telescoping extension to connect the rod to the other side was missing. It is telescoping, so I made sure that it was not inside the main rod. At that point, I contacted Renee in customer service. Even after telling her all that I did to confirm the piece was missing. She proceded to tell me to look in the rod. It should be telescoping. This all to say she was not listening to me. I redirected her, and she said, "Take a picture and send it to me". I did as requested, just to have the same answer, that the piece is telescoping and is usually inside. Again, I responded I already looked inside as a reminder to our last conversation. I reminded her that it was already drilled into the wall. A plain answer we can not ship a rod. It can only be bracket or screws. So customer be aware of their poor quality assurance. And poor guarantee to fix a problem they caused. This is what you get from buying American and supporting a family run business. Never again, Kenney Corp.
