Ngl, I had my doubts about the quality and how much light they’d block out. But I was wrong. These are just what I needed and it blocks out a ton of light. I highly recommend them. I did buy 3 sets after all. I needed something that would block out light and yet still allow my dogs to look out the window. That’s why they’re short in the picture.

they do keep the light out and they seem thicker as well. I just wished I had gotten them a little longer, but they still work and do the job. Highly recommend if you want dark out curtains.

I cannot say enough positive things about these Nicetown room darkening drapes. I'm doing the review for the room divider/sliding glass door type, but I furnished my entire house with these in a variety of sizes. I knew I was going to need these so I browsed some time ago and put these in my cart. Probably within a week or so of ordering them a leading news network did their weekly consumer report type of review of the best room darkening drapes and this just happened to be the brand! After seeing this I was very interested to see the quality. I just had this put up the other day. There are a few wrinkles in it, but it had just come out of the package. A simple steaming will take care of any wrinkles and I don't even think you can call them wrinkles as much as where it was folded in the package. The fabric has a nice thick feel to it they definitely provide room darkening!!! The picture I put here was taken in late March. I think for the summer I will add a 52 x 84" panel along with this to give it even more fabric, thereby more darkening. They are attractive and affordable. Recommended.

I think it’s hard to decide on curtains over the internet but these are such great quality and I love the texture. I got the sage green ones and they are a pretty color and definitely blackout! I recommend these curtains!

The fabric is pretty flimsy, and it doesn’t black out as advertised. Lots of light comes through. I have other blackout curtains that truly block all the light.

NOT BLACKOUT AT ALL. Don't waste your money or time. very frustrated they lied in desription. These should actually be described as Sheer or Non-Opaque- not blackout.

Walmart was great about this. But I do not recommend these curtains. I bought these curtains in Stone blue for my sliding door. I have a white dog. The curtain color came off on my dog's paws! I didn't know why my dogs paw was blue, very scary. After cleaning the paw, which took an hour,my dog laid down by these curtains, and two other paws were blue! The curtains were on top of her paws. paws blue again. Seller not reachable. It has taken 3 hours to get this dye off of the paws. I notified Walmart and my veterinarian. Now I have to watch my dog for illness/poisoning or worse. Why?? I have never had curtains bleed out like this.

I bought these because I had a pair in the past of the exact same. Not the same product. Previously had a black backing and was much more blackout. Very disappointed

I purchased these because I want a blackout curtains for my bedroom and thermal to keep the cold air out or the heat and I have them up on my window and you can see through them which is horrible and so disappointed
