Excellent white-wash finish when diluted!
This is my go-to color stain when refinishing vintage wood furniture to have the white-wash effect. It's quality stain that is oil-based so I mix with another oil-base to dilute it down (like linseed, teak, etc.), apply to clean sanded surface, wipe away for desired look. Fine sand again and then seal.

Varathane products are always reliable. This product did not disappoint. Covered my furniture evenly and dried quickly.

Not the color that the can depicts.
I chose this stain because I loved the tans and grays. I got it home, stained a lot of wood (outside) and followed the directions that are on the can. I got the wood, inside, and it's light gray. The results are not even similar to the color(s) on the can. I'm extremely disappointed and will have to paint the stained wood, now. You live and you learn.
