SunButter No Sugar Added Sunflower Seed Butter 16 oz Jar

This is a great substitute for peanut butter. The taste is a little different but the same texture is there. This works well when making my energy bars to snack on.

I Love this SunButter No Sugar Added Sunflower Butter 16 oz. It is so tasty and smooth. It is low carb with only 4 carbs and total sugar is less than 1 gram. The only ingredients are Roasted Sunflower Seeds and Salt. It has does have 18g fat yet only 2g is saturated and sodium is 110g. The above nutrition facts on the label info stated above is for 2 Tablespoons per serving. One hint is to store it upside down unrefrigerated an hour before using for the first time so the ingredients mix naturally so it does not have to be mixed with a spoon. I then keep it refrigerated after each use. I mainly use it on my sugar-free ice cream but I am sure it taste great on anything. I particularly love this SunButter Brand that is tasty.

First time to try nut butter. The texture is very simikar to peanut butter, and it sticks to the roof of your mouth similarly. The flavor is a little salty, but paired with jelly or whipped marshmallow, it works.

It would be a great product for someone who has nut allergies. The avoe is subtle, but still creamy. Works well with Jelly on a sandwich or for dipping apples.

I love sunbutter, but mine came oozing out of the jar, it was shipped in an envelop shipper, ridiculous way to ship things. Never again will I order online for food items. I wanted my money back but was told i had to ship back, well good luck opening this up.
