it arrived a week early which was great! when putting it together one of the parts screw was stripped and couldn't continue putting it together. Very disappointing. I'm to hear back from Nicesoul Furniture if they're going to send me the part. If they do, I will increase my rating.

I really like this box. So far, it has performed well...no leaks, winds up a 50' hose quick and easy. It's nice looking too, as far as hose boxes go. I've had it set up about two weeks.

Works as expected. Great to have the foot hold so it doesn't bounce around as you crank. No leaks, sturdy. Good product

Love this however it said it fit a 100' hose and it didn't fit ours so some of it is sticking out the top but it is still cute and very well made!

Add description didn't match. This barely fits a 50 foot hose, it's incredibly small and not really USABLE.

You can buy the exact same thing in beige for less than half the price. The exact same one! All that money for a little little bit of color! It's small, it has no hose guide, but I'll have a short hose on it. It looks good in the corner. A quick easy way to water my garden instead of dragging my main hose all the way back plus it'll look a lot cleaner than an open hose reel It would be nice if it had brackets so you could stake it to the ground like the bigger ones have. It's open on the bottom. I'll probably open the lid one day and find a critter in there! But I knew these things already. It'll work well for me. It looks good on the corner of the patio and hides the hose and blends with the color of the house and it has a flat top so I could put a plant or something on top

super flimsy and barely fits a 100 ft hose. not worth the money to me.
